Stages
All stages are designed for optimal spectator experience and pleasure. Subject to event, venue and site location audience capacities can range from a few hundred to many thousands. All stage configurations can be custom designed & built to meet the customers or performers requirements.
Truck show stages range from a basic and simple truck box side opening stage set up to a full production festival & concert stage. There are two back stage direct access doors with steps for artists & crews secure and private use and back stage loading ramp for direct and easy moving of all equipments.
Front of House standard mixing desk tents & risers and optional elevated control towers are highly recommended subject to event size the 2 & 3 level elevated working platform control towers house all sound & lighting mixing equipments, video projection & media cameramen & spot light positions in one compact structure for easy access and communication by all technical crew.

Technical Services
All works performed onsite are supervised and managed by a highly experienced & skilled team of professionals. We enforce strict guidelines and a code of conduct for occupational health & safety standards. During all festivals & events we can make available on call or have on site service technicians if required.
Transportation Services
We can and will save you invaluable time & money by delivering all equipment with full truck loads (subject to order size). All trucks, drivers and technicians remain on location for the entire event. Meaning one only transportation supplier, one only delivery & return cost with no empty loads or extra driving time or kilometre costs from multiple suppliers wasting your money.

• Intercity long haul load in/out 24/7, Finland & Nordics, driver hourly rate + klms & applicable costs.

Ordering & Booking Confirmations
PLEASE REMEMBER TO PLAN & BOOK WELL IN ADVANCE! With many festivals & events coinciding simultaneously all requiring the same equipments & services, it is advised & highly recommended to confirm all bookings early to avoid disappointment.
To avoid misunderstandings and ensure a high standard professional conduct so the event proceeds as planned all equipments & services should be pre-ordered in advance by a confirmed booking and secured by advance payment of security deposits. The standard terms and conditions for payment of services are 50% with order with the total balance owing 50% due seven (7) days prior to load-in. All additional costs accrued will be invoiced separately. Only subject to specific work orders and only by prior written agreement can the terms of payment be changed. All over due accounts will be passed immediately to a collections agency for strict enforcement.
Our goal is to make life easier for the event organizers simplifying the sourcing & ordering process. We will present a single all inclusive offer for transportation, show stages & most other rental equipments and services including installation and permanent on site technical management & engineering services staff.
