All cargo and goods in transit full replacement value including all road transportation liability insurances for all freight from time of pickup during transit to destination and drop off is the full and total responsibility of the customer/s i.e. “consignor/sender or consignee/receiver”. The customer/s also acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any unexpected transportation time delays for any reason without limit, TSL Transpeed Group is indemnified and is not held accountable, liable or penalized under any circumstances present or future.

The consignor/sender is fully responsible for the loading of all cargo, correct & secure packing of the goods by all means not limited to i.e. boxes, cages, pallet’s, frames, with protective and waterproof coverings etc, to include all protection for temperature variations plus/minus. The consignee/receiver is fully responsible for the correct and secure unloading of all cargo at delivery destination.

Any and all possible damages caused to any goods/cargo by another parties goods/cargos by any movement, insecure/inadequate ex/internal packaging by where it can be clearly proven to have been the primary instrument and cause of damages to another's property, the offending party will be held fully accountable and responsible for complete and immediate payment of compensation for all damages and other costs to the affected insured parties replacement value made by the claimant, including all damages and costs to the property of TSL Transpeed Group.

TSL Transpeed Group will ensure all proper and possible care is taken of all customers' goods during transit. The customer/s unconditionally agrees having fully read, understood and accepted the "terms and conditions of payment & carriage" they will not and can not hold in any way possible TSL Transpeed Group liable or responsible for any damage/s caused to the cargo/s in part or full by any definition now or at any future date including 'Force Majeure'.

Upon the customers contracting and written confirmation of TSL Transpeed Groups services the customer acknowledges and accepts the "terms and conditions of payment & carriage" waiving all rights for claims against and totally indemnifies TSL Transpeed Group of all possible loss, malice, damages or other including 'Force Majeure'.

The customer acknowledges and accepts the “terms and conditions of payment & carriage” and that TSL Transpeed Group is fully and rightfully entitled to cover/recover all costs and claims including interest and penalties due for payment through the sale of the customer’s property under its control being the forwarders lien.

TSL Transpeed Group reserves all rights to change pricing and or make additional increased charges for all works extra or other requested or performed that were not agreed to prior without notification. Payment for all services must be paid on time as agreed, payment for services not received on time will result in immediate cancellation or suspension of all works ordered until payment has been received.
